Mohandas & Bette: A Love Story


Check out Maninder Chana's film Mohandas & Bette: A Love Story starring Mixed Nuts
members Ayman Hassan and Phil Hahn, along with Linda McKenney.
It will be screened January 8th, 2005 as part of a fundraiser for Maya Theatre
co-founded by Mixed Nutter Rahnuma Panthaky and our friends at Filmi, one of the largest
South Asian Film Festival around. It will be screened at the Classic Theatre at 8 p.m.
That's at 1300 Gerrard St. in Toronto.

Another screening takes place at the Love & Lust Film Festival which takes
place from February 9-14th at the Bloor Cinema. More information will be
available as dates approach.

Join Maninder Chana and Steve Harrison of the Mixed Nuts Tv troupe as they take part in live renditions of old-time radio plays from the 1940s & 1950s, before television became the norm.

The live shows take place on Thursday, October 24th and Friday, October 25th at Squeeze-Box Theatre at 920 Eastern Avenue in Toronto at 8 p.m. (doors open at 7:30). Tickets are a very low $5.
